At 2:19pm today, Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) filed this cloture petition with the words, Ã¢â‚¬Å“Without objection, on behalf of the Majority Leader, I send a cloture motion to the desk.Ã¢â‚¬?

Expect the final vote late Monday or early Tuesday, and thanks to Barbara Ledeen at the Republican Conference for the document.
