if the nominees talk up the virtues of good personal hygeine they'll get his vote?

It's nice to know he can be just as condescending to the man he voted for as our VP as he can to our judicial nominees. His comments about John Edwards sounded exactly like the way he lectures questions nominees.

Three district court nominees - Bailey of WV and Wright and Wu of CA.

No court of appeals nominees are scheduled.

Three more district court nominees will get full Senate votes tomorrow, starting at 11:45 am. O'Neill of California will go first, then Baker of California and finally Frizzell of Oklahoma.
