The proprietors of this site are the sole and final judges and enforcers of this policy.

Concerning profanity: The rules are simple. If you have any doubt about whether to use a word or phrase, don’t. If you still don’t know what that means, don’t post. Profanity is not necessary to make a point, add emphasis, or convey a message. There are plenty of other places on the ‘net to be vulgar and base, but RedState will not be one of them.

Update [2006-6-2 16:11:26 by krempasky]: – An addendum to the posting rules. We will not allow users to sign up with accounts impersonating identifiable public figures. Which means, as a rule, we’re going to make every attempt to scrutinize new accounts that purport to be such. If you have any questions – please feel free to fill out the contact form.

UPDATE by Erick On recommending blog posts: It is against site policy to recommend your own blog posts and doing so may result in the locking of your account.
