Richard Sullivan? by Matthew Friendly

Anybody know which Richard Sullivan? If you look him up at martindale.com, it lists 3 Richard Sullivans in NYC. Just curious.

Sullivan by JonC

A google search reveals that there has been an Assistant U.S. Attorney by the name of Richard Sullivan in the Southern District of NY from at least 1995-2004. Not sure if this is the same guy though-- if so, going from AUSA to district judge would be quite a leap, although not unheard of.
