Two Nominations

This evening, the White House announced the nomination of two U.S. District Court Judges: Richard Sullivan for the Southern District of New York (vice Michael Mukasey) and Timothy DeGiusti for the Western District of Oklahoma (vice Timothy Leonard).
Anybody know which Richard Sullivan? If you look him up at martindale.com, it lists 3 Richard Sullivans in NYC. Just curious.
A google search reveals that there has been an Assistant U.S. Attorney by the name of Richard Sullivan in the Southern District of NY from at least 1995-2004. Not sure if this is the same guy though-- if so, going from AUSA to district judge would be quite a leap, although not unheard of.

Now, to get some appellate nominees...
